Want great pizza?

When visiting street food markets I'm often drawn to the pizza stand, although I won't order without getting a sneak peak at someone else's pizza to make sure it looks like an authentic Italian thin base. If you can see a big fat pizza oven that's usually a sure fire way of determining if it will be any good but if you spot an Ooni Pizza Oven hiding in the back it's going to be good. I have an Ooni myself and if you want to make replicate great street food pizza at home an Ooni is a must.
